Hey friends! How are you doing? I know with the weather we have been having, I have been struggling to keep a positive attitude! I keep thinking about sunny days and the fact that it is mid April and it is still snowing! I feel like I have been in a little funk because of it! At this point, I usually have sent my winter coat home from school but sadly I am still rocking that puffy jacket or one of my North Face jackets everyday. Below I am sharing how I am getting through these (hopefully!) last few cold days.
1. Find quotes that inspire you! I use quotes to help me feel better sometimes. Reading that it is going to be better can help through a rough day! I included some of my favorites below for all of you!
2. Surround yourself with people that lift you up! If you are surrounded by negativity, you will never achieve a positive lifestyle. It is far more healthy for your overall being to be with people that you feel like your best self around!

3. Exercise! I think I have spoken about this in past posts but if I am having a bad day, exercise always helps me! Getting the endorphins flowing helps me clear my mind. This is obviously a healthier alternative to eating a pint of ice cream when I am in a crappy mood!
Outfit details: similar pullover, sports bra- Old Navy, leggings- Nike, shoes, watch, sunglasses- Charlotte Russe (in store only!)
4. Use a bullet planner! I recently collaborated with the company Transcending Waves. Their planners promote a positive lifestyle by helping you maintain a healthy balance of both your business and personal lives. This planner provides an awesome opportunity to fulfill many of my professional, educational, personal, etc. goals. You can use my code KAYLEEANN for a 10% discount on your order!
What do you do to ensure that you are living your most positive life? Be sure to let me know in the comments below. I think it is so beneficial to hear what others do to help keep their spirits up. Positivity is so important to living the best life you can! As always, thanks for stopping by! I am eternally grateful for all of you that keep coming back to read!
Xoxo, Kay
