How I Make My Protein Shakes

Hey guys!! A while back I did a survey on my Instagram story asking if you guys would be interested in a blog post about my protein shakes.  I got an overwhelming yes, so today I am finally giving you what you want!

I drink protein shakes typically everyday, for at least breakfast and more often than not, lunch too (I briefly mention this in What do I eat in a day?).  I use Isagenix protein.  It is an excellent choice if you are trying to eat clean, as each serving contains eight grams of fiber, 11 grams of sugar, and 24 grams of protein from a whey and milk protein isolate.  I really enjoy this specific brand of protein, but you have to find what works for you!  If you have any interest in Isagenix, you can find my email or Instagram link on the Contact page!  Feel free to shoot me a message through any of those formats, or in the comments sections below, with any questions you may have.

Xoxo, Kay
