Welcome back to Simply Kaylee Ann!! I am excited to share today’s post with you guys, as it is one of my favorite meals. I love almost all seafood, but salmon, specifically done this way, may just be my favorite. This is a great meal for a family dinner or could even be used as a holiday meal.
- 3 lb piece of salmon
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- 1 teaspoon of butter, cut into tiny pieces
To begin, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon, filet side down, on a piece of aluminum foil big enough to tent the filet for baking. Generously season the under side of filet with Old Bay. Flip the filet over and season the top side generously as well. Cut the teaspoon of butter into tiny pieces and randomly place it atop the salmon (as seen in picture below). Tent the salmon and place on a cookie sheet, to catch any leaks. Put the filet into the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!!
Be sure to let me know in the comments below if you tried and/or enjoyed the meal!! Otherwise, that is all for today, friends! Remember to keep checking back all week to see more new content.
