Hello readers! I am hoping that you are enjoying your Memorial Day and the sun is shining wherever you are reading from.
I am very excited about today’s post because this is one of my favorite recipes to make. It is perfect to add to any Mexican themed dinner or even have as an appetizer for a summer picnic. This is definitely a must try dish!
- 4 avocados
- 16 diced cherry tomatoes
- 1 small diced onion
- Cilantro to taste
- Lime to taste
- Jalepiño to taste
To make the guacamole, dice the cherry tomatoes and generously salt them. Let them sit and soak in the bowl while you cut the rest of the ingredients.
Add in the diced onion along with the cilantro, lime, and jalepiño. Typically, I will use a handful of diced cilantro, 1 lime, and about a half of a small jalepiño. Finally, add in the avocados and mix.
Once everything is mashed together, serve with chips! Yum 🙂
