Hi all! Happy hump day! I hope you are getting through the week alright and life is treating you well. This week has already been very busy with a lot of schoolwork thus far. Today I am going to give you guys a quick and easy recipe that would be good for either lunch or dinner. This recipe is also great for those on the go. As I said earlier I have been very busy lately and I have another very busy day today, therefore this is what I packed to eat throughout the day. This wrap is easily multiplied, along with easy to ad extra protein or fats to; whatever you need in your diet! Read on for the Turkey and Bacon Wrap recipe!
Turkey & Bacon Wrap with Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
1 whole grain tortilla
Handful of spinach
Onions to taste
3 slices of turkey lunch meat
1 slice of American cheese
4 strips of turkey bacon
1 1/2 – 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 Hidden Valley Greek yogurt dips packet (photo below if you are unsure what they are)
To make the wrap, all I did was layer the various things (spinach, onion, turkey, cheese, and bacon) inside the whole grain tortilla. Normally, I would also put the greek yogurt Ranch in the tortilla as well, but since I took the wrap on the go, I put it in a container on the side this time. I would recommend this if you are taking it with you (I just put about 1/4 cup of the yogurt dressing in the container so I could dip my wrap, how much you use is up to you!). To make the Greek yogurt Ranch dressing, you will mix plain Greek yogurt with one packet of Hidden Valley Greek yogurt dips. I typically use between 1 1/2 – 2 cups of yogurt and mix it in with the packet based on taste. You may want more or less yogurt than I use but it is up to your taste. Put the remaining dip in the refrigerator for future use. This is also great for salads, veggies and dip, etc
This recipe would also be great with avocado, tomato, or whatever you want to add to make it your own! You could also swap out lunch meats or types of greens. Be sure to like, comment, and follow if you liked this post!
