One of my favorite snacks or a healthy sweet treat! They are very yummy and pretty easy to make too. Follow the directions below!
Banana and PB2 Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins
2 large brown bananas
1 cup of pb2
1/4 cup organic honey
4 tablespoons of Isapro vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
To start, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend the mixture approximately 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth. Use a spatula or a spoon to lightly stir in the chocolate chips. Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray and scoop batter into the muffin tin. Bake the muffins for 12-14 minutes or until muffins have set. Refrigerate them once they have cooled! Enjoy!
