Hi all! It has been awhile!! I had finals and then I was unpacking and soon after I started a new job. Needless to say it has been a crazy start to the summer but now I am back cooking up some fun summer recipes!
Today, I made a sweet snack that was super simple! Read on to see the recipe.
Almond Butter Cookie Dough Balls
3/4 cup almond butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Isagenix vanilla protein)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of milk
Mini chocolate chips to your taste
Preparation is easy enough! All I do is put the ingredients in a bowl and smash it all together with a fork. Then I roll the smashed mixture into little balls! Enjoy!
